The programme consisted of discussions that aim to address big questions about the future. They focused on the ways in which technology and innovation affect all aspects of society: From interpersonal relationships to governments and the rule of law.
As co-founder of the European Law Institute (ELI) and current Scientific Director of the ELI, Christiane Wendehorst has been deeply involved in a joint project between the The American Law Institute and the European Law Institute (ELI) on the “ALI-ELI Principles for a Data Economy", which Wendehorst co-authored with Neil Cohen.
